Prohibited Conduct & Content

• Upload, stream, or share content that engages in, encourages, incites, or promotes unlawful violence or acts of extremism.

   
• Upload, stream, or share content that harasses, vilifies, defames, or promotes discrimination or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other immutable characteristic.

   
• Distribute, reproduce, or modify content from the Service without permission.

   
• Upload, stream, or share content that is harmful, offensive, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

   
• Attempt to bypass security measures, hack, or disrupt the Service.

   
• Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service without our written consent.

4. Moderation & Automated Detection

To maintain platform safety and compliance, WorldsWave LLC utilizes a combination of automated content detection tools and user reporting mechanisms:

   
• Automated Screening: Content submitted, uploaded, or posted on the platform may be automatically scanned using automated tools to detect potential violations of our policies, including hate speech, extremism, and violence.

   
• Content Actions: We reserve the right to automatically flag, quarantine, restrict access to, or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws without prior notice.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

Our Content: All content provided by us (e.g., videos, music, graphics) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and stream this content for personal use only.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload or stream (if applicable). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Repeat Violator Policy

WorldsWave LLC enforces a structured policy for repeated violations of these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy:

   
• First Offense: Immediate removal of non-compliant content and a formal account warning.

   
• Second Offense: Content removal and a temporary account suspension (up to 14 days) restricting account features.

   
• Third Offense: Permanent account termination and platform ban.

Note: Severe violations—including content promoting unlawful violence, extremism, or hate speech—will result in immediate permanent account termination on the first offense.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

   
• Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment methods will be detailed at the time of purchase.

   
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

   
• We may change pricing with prior notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or at our sole discretion with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but these Terms’ provisions (e.g., ownership, liability) that reasonably should survive will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. We are not responsible for third-party content, links, or services accessible through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

14. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box during registration, you agree to receive automated text messages from WorldsWave containing account verification and two-factor authentication codes. These are transactional messages only; we will not send you marketing texts. Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity, typically one message per login or verification attempt. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out; opting out will disable SMS verification on your account, and you will need to use email verification instead. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of using WorldsWave, as email verification is available as an alternative.
